Welcome to CraftedSystems terms and conditions. We are a small Portland Or-based company dedicated to delighting and satisfying customers with our work. We hope that you love your purchase and the entire process is a smooth and enjoyable one.
We do our best to ensure you receive a quality product.  As each product is woven by design and handcrafted with no fasteners or sewing, there are inherent pieces which do not lie smoothly and perfectly. If you desire a smooth and perfect product, our products are probably not for you. If, however you appreciate modern handcrafted beauty with a simple concept and honesty in construction and materials, we believe you will enjoy our products.

General

The following terms and conditions govern the sale by CraftedSystems between you the buyer and CraftedSystemsLLC. By placing an order with us you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with our terms and conditions.
Please notify us prior to placing an order if you disagree with any of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at anytime for any reason.

Shipping

We ship USPS ground for all orders. Please let us know if you need it sooner and we will try to accommodate all requests. Should a piece arrive damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours of receiving to obtain a replacement or refund. For in-stock items we ship 1-2 days after payment with few exceptions. Made-to-order items ship as quickly as we can have them made. A purchase will likely take between 4-6 weeks to ship from time of purchase.

In effort to conserve resources, a receipt is not enclosed in our shipments. If you require a hardcopy of your receipt, please contact us and we’ll gladly provide one.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note that our items are handcrafted from felt, a natural and organic material, thus may exhibit slight variations in color and texture. This is considered natural and should not be considered defective.

Due to variations in monitor/screen settings we cannot guarantee an exact color match.. If you are interested we can provide a color swatch for a small charge.

Slight pattern variations may occur in our large hexrugs and multicolored pieces and they may not match image identically. 

In the event of a defective item, please notify us via email and ship back the item - we will issue you a store credit or happily ship you a replacement piece. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
CraftedSystems will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to our store due to customer absence.

We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase.  Please contact us with any questions or concerns and we will do our very best to resolve it.
In the case that you are not 100% satisfied, please return your merchandise to the below address within 15 days in the original condition it was received with a note specifying your reason for return. We will gladly refund your money or issue a store credit.
