GENERAL
Where are CraftedSystems products made?
We produce all parts in Oregon and have our products woven and assembled in Portland. We work with the YWCA to weave our products as we believe in helping our local community and enabling those in need. All women helping us are paid by the piece and given a fair wage in accordance with the state of Oregon. Please see our ABOUT page for more details.
What kind of material do you use?
We use the highest grade felt possible, 100% pure wool felt. Much of our material is made in Germany, where there are happy and well-fed sheep. When that is not available, we use felt which consists of 95% pure wool fiber and 5% other fiber.
How can I clean the product?
Felt is naturally heat and moisture-resistant. Spills can wipe off quickly without soiling. If necessary, felt can be spot-cleaned with soap and water and air-dried, or it may be drycleaned. If a product is soiled beyond repair, some parts of it may be replaceable for a small fee. Please contact us for more information.
For optimum care products should not be kept in constant direct sunlight as they may eventually discolor. Occasionally shake and tap firmly outside to reduce dust buildup. Floorpieces should be shaken and may ve vacuumed carefully with a handvacuum or low-powered wand vacuum. Powerful vacuums with strong suction should be avoided.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
What is your turnaround time?
Many of our products are made to order, and have several aspects to the production process. In general, your products will be shipped out between 4 - 6 weeks from time the order is placed. If items are in stock they will ship out typically within 1-2 days and we’ll let you know. You will receive shipping notice via email of when your product ships, and the time you should be receiving it.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, however please note THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS FEES, IMPORT DUTIES OR TAXES IMPOSED BY YOUR COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT
What method of shipping do you use?
We use UPS ground unless otherwise requested.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on any orders under $300! Above that, we determine a flat rate based on the volume and weight of the products to be shipped. These precalculated costs are added onto your purchase at checkout.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Generally it is not possible to make changes to an order after placing it online. Please contact us immediately if there is a change to your order and we will do our best to fulfill it. As many items are made to order, it is possible to catch the order
before it is processed.
How can I track my order?
You will receive tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.
